25 YEARS OF ALFALAND'S CONTRIBUTION TO INDONESIA

Happy New Year 2024! Unbelievably, we have entered a new year with renewed spirit to provide the best contribution to our nation, Indonesia. This year, Alfaland Group also celebrates its silver anniversary, marking 25 years in building a better Indonesia. We will continue to build our beloved nation with diverse works and serve the community through various business units that we have developed.
I express gratitude to the Almighty God for guiding Alfaland through the year 2023 with numerous achievements. We have maximized "People, Product, and Profit" in the property management, property development, hospitality management, and F&B management sectors.
In the property management business sector, the transformation of The Plaza Millennium Medan has begun, turning it into a contemporary mall with the concept of "eat, meet, and shop beyond your imagination."
In the property development business sector, we have initiated a collaboration with Triniti Dinamik Tbk. for the Karawang Timur project. This project, named District East, is a commercial and residential center with construction set to begin in 2024.
In the hospitality management business sector, Omega Hotel Management has achieved an average of 95% of the annual target. Additionally, new units have been added: Cordex Hotel Marelan in Medan.
OHM has also entered the international market by becoming part of the International Hospitality Alliance (IHA), which currently includes four countries: Indonesia, Malaysia, China, and Hong Kong.
In the F&B management sector, three Mosslife Coffee outlets have been opened in Blok M and Senen, Jakarta, and in Medan.
In 2024, Alfaland Group has the theme "GROW PEOPLE, ENHANCE PRODUCT, ELEVATE PROFIT," which is a continuation of the theme from the previous year.
GROW PEOPLE involves the development of the company culture, focusing on instilling the PRIDE culture (Professionalism, Respect, Innovation, Determination & Empathy) in all employees.
ENHANCE PRODUCT entails improving facilities and services in the hospitality sector.
ELEVATE PROFIT involves increasing profits, ensuring that the investment or budget expended yields results in line with or even exceeding the targeted outcomes.
In 2024, Alfaland also ventures into a new business sector, "Tourism," with the introduction of Omega Tour and Travel.
I believe that the progress of the company cannot be achieved without commitment, perseverance, and teamwork. In 2024, Alfaland Group will become more productive and innovative in delivering unforgettable customer experiences. This year, Alfaland is sure to achieve even better profits.
