Happy New Year 2025! Let us express our gratitude to God Almighty for allowing us to navigate through 2024 successfully.

In 2024, with deep gratitude, our company celebrated the 25th Anniversary of Alfaland Group with the theme “Journey Through Time.“ This once-in-a-lifetime silver milestone invited us to reflect on various achievements and irreplaceable experiences from Alfaland Group's precious quarter-century journey.

Along with last year's company theme, “Grow People, Enhance Product, and Elevate Profit,“ focused on property management, property development, hospitality management, and F&B management sectors, we achieved several milestones. In property management, the transformation of The Plaza Millennium Medan began gradually, adopting the concept “Eat, Meet and Shop Beyond Your Imagination,“ with the launch of “Food Nation“ and significant changes to the exterior and interior of the ground and third floors.

In property development, our collaboration with Triniti Dinamik Tbk. continues for the Karawang Timur project, named District East, a commercial and residential hub with on going sales.

In 2025, Alfaland Group's hospitality unit is set to welcome an international five-star hotel under the SIGNATA brand in Genting Highlands, managed by OHM International. Expanding into the international market, OHM has joined the International Hospitality Alliance and became a member of Golden Chain Australia.

In F&B management, Ramela Restaurant has opened locations in Jakarta and Kuningan, while Mosslife Coffee now operates four outlets in Jakarta (Blok M and Senen), Medan, and Bandung.

As we begin 2025, I wish to express my utmost gratitude and appreciation to the entire Alfaland Group family for their dedication, hard work, and extraordinary spirit. We have overcome a year filled with challenges yet abundant with growth opportunities.

The year 2025 marks a pivotal moment for Alfaland Group. I am proud to announce our theme for this year: "The Year to Build Momentum and Transforming Futures." This theme reflects Alfaland Group's commitment to progress, building stronger foundations, and creating a brighter future for the company, our partners, and customers.
